戰利品（LOLLIPOP F）

8年前的MV佳作，4年前我寫的歌詞翻譯。當年像是看見曙光般充滿期待，可惜至今仍沒看到台灣唱跳團體有顯著的發展。

Hulk Hogan——摔角選手，也涉入演藝圈。

翻譯作品。

註解：
1. 03:05 - 英國向澳洲送囚之歷史，可見Wikipedia。

2. 07:46 - 「I challenge you. You are challenged.」第二句是回諷「你才被挑戰了/你才是殘缺的」。challenged是「殘障」的婉詞。

3. 12:39 - 減刑通知原文：「Be it known that I, Barack Obama, President of the United States of America, in consideration of the premises, divers other good and sufficient reasons me thereunto moving, do hereby grant this application...」

Wikipedia摘錄各界「反對最短徒刑」的原因：

a. 最短徒刑法成立主因是為了將可能有累犯傾向的人關入牢中，避免危害社會。此立意脫離「依罪行輕重判決」的比例原則，使那些人承受了不成比例的重刑。

b. 最短徒刑法暗中將判決權移到檢察官身上（藉由減刑談判的手段），法官形同虛設，不符「權力分立」原則。

c. 對於累犯，某些研究指出持續治療比過長徒刑有效且經濟。
